Inter Troton 1K Black Basecoat is a professional-quality, fast-drying colour coat designed for automotive refinishing and body repair work.
This high-coverage basecoat air-dries without chemical hardening and produces a smooth semi-matt finish ready for clear coating. It is applied over a dry, sanded acrylic primer and must be thinned using a compatible basecoat thinner before application.
Once dry, the basecoat must be finished with an acrylic clear coat to provide gloss and long-term protection to the painted surface.

• Spray viscosity: 16 to 18 seconds at 20°C using DIN 4
• Recommended RP nozzle: 1.2 to 1.4mm at 2.0 to 2.2 bar
• Recommended HVLP nozzle: 1.3 to 1.4mm at 2.0 bar
• Apply 2 to 3 thin coats
• Flash-off time: approximately 5 to 10 minutes between coats
• VOC of ready-to-use mixture: 770g/L
