SprayMax 2K 2in1 Headlight Clear
SprayMax 2K 2in1 Headlight Clear is a transparent protective coating for polycarbonate headlight lenses, designed to restore clarity and protect against future damage. It is suitable for repairing scratched, yellowed or foggy headlights, helping improve appearance while adding a durable clear coat layer.
The light-fast, weather-resistant formula increases protection against UV light, salt water, car washes and everyday road exposure. Once applied, it helps guard the lens surface against renewed damage, including environmental wear and physical impact from debris such as stone chips.
Supplied as a 250ml aerosol, it is applied from a 15 to 20cm spray distance, with approximately two coats needed to achieve a 40μm dry film thickness. Allow around 10 minutes flash-off between coats. Drying time is approximately 25 to 30 minutes at 60°C using IR, with a 2K processing time of around 8 hours at 20°C.
