SprayMax 1K Spot Prime is a fast-drying, zinc chromate-free primer designed for small sand-through areas and spot repairs where bare metal has been exposed.
The slightly transparent grey formulation provides anti-corrosion protection across metal surfaces and is ideal for use directly before the application of water-based paint systems. Its fast drying time allows it to be painted over quickly, helping to keep repair times to a minimum.
Ideal for SMART repairs, spot priming and smaller refinishing jobs where a quick, reliable primer is required.

• Recommended spray distance: 15 to 25cm
• Dry film thickness: 3 to 5μm, approximately 1.5 spray coats
• Flash-off time: approximately 10 to 15 minutes
• Air drying time: approximately 10 to 15 minutes
• Can be lightly sanded with a soft pad if required
• Ideal for professional bodyshop and SMART repair applications
