Safe Products SP2000 Abrasive Foam Blending Pads are professional fine abrasive foam pads developed for panel blending and denibbing. They replace 800 to 1000 grit abrasives and leave no visible scratch patterns, making them well suited to preparation ahead of paint and clearcoat.
The flexible 12mm foam construction has a cushioning layer that flexes and adapts to round edges, contours and curves, resists clogging and provides even pressure distribution. SP2000 pads are suited to abrading new panels, denibbing base coat, abrading before clearcoat, scuffing and blending edges and shaped panels before paint, and sanding e-coat.
Suitable for wet or dry use, with best results when used dry, by hand or with an orbital sander. Supplied in a box of 20 pads.
