Goldline Hi Fill Maxi 4+1 Primer

Troton Goldline Hi Fill Maxi Filler Speed 4:1 is a highest-quality 2K acrylic HS primer with excellent adhesion to steel, aluminium, galvanised steel, polyester putties and old finishes. The fast drying formulation is designed for automotive bodyshop repair work.

• Short drying time
• Easy to mix and apply with exceptional vertical stability
• Suitable over steel, aluminium, galvanised steel, GFK/GRP, polyester putties, wash primers, acrylic and epoxy primers, and existing finishes
• Mixing ratio: 4:1 (filler to hardener, by volume); add 0 to 5% thinner
• Pot life: approx. 60 minutes at 20°C
• 2 to 3 coats; 70 to 90 µm per coat
• IR drying: 10 to 15 minutes under short wave; max 60°C
• Dry sanding: P360 to P500 (machine), P280 to P360 (hand)
