Goldline Cathode Primer 3+1

Troton Goldline Cathode Primer 3:1 is a high-quality 2-pack acrylic primer with anti-corrosion additives for car body repairs. It works as an insulating base, prevents mapping effects, and offers outstanding protection on bare steel and new panels. Designed for wet-on-wet application.

• Excellent corrosion protection on bare steel and new panels
• Strong adhesion to steel, aluminium, galvanised steel, wash primers, polyester and epoxy fillers, and existing finishes
• Short hardening time with exceptional smooth levelling
• Mixing ratio: 3:1 (primer to hardener, by volume); add 35% thinner for wet-on-wet or 20% for sanding
• Pot life: approx. 40 minutes at 20°C
• Wet-on-wet application requires no sanding
• IR drying: 5 to 7 minutes under short wave (isolation coat); max 60°C
• Dry sanding: P360 to P500 (machine), P320 to P500 (hand)
