Fertan Rust Converter 1L

Fertan Rust Converter is a professional water-based treatment designed to remove and neutralise rust on steel and iron surfaces, leaving a stable base ready for painting or further protective coating.

Suitable for automotive restoration, body repairs, chassis components, cavities and fuel tanks, its low-viscosity formulation penetrates rusted areas and converts the affected surface into a blackened, paintable layer. Fertan can be applied to damp metal and works without aggressive blasting or unnecessary material removal.

Easy to apply by brush, roller, sponge or spray gun, one litre treats approximately 15m². Once the reaction is complete, rinse away the powdery residue, allow the surface to dry and apply a suitable primer, paint or protective coating.
