DeVilbiss DV1 Clearcoat Spray Gun

The DeVilbiss DV1 Clearcoat Spray Gun has been redesigned from the ground up for professional refinishers who demand exceptional finish quality, high application speeds and maximum efficiency.

Engineered specifically for modern clearcoat systems, the DV1 delivers a consistent spray pattern, outstanding atomisation and superior material transfer. Its advanced air cap technology produces fine, uniform droplets that wet out panels effortlessly, helping to achieve exceptional gloss levels, improved Distinctness of Image (DOI) and a deep, mirror-like finish with minimal orange peel.

By optimising air velocity while maximising fluid flow, the DV1 applies material faster at lower operating pressures, reducing overspray and placing more product on the panel rather than in the spray booth filters. The result is improved productivity, reduced material consumption and greater control throughout the application process.

Supplied with a 1.3mm fluid tip, the DV1 is perfectly suited to clearcoat application and remains comfortable and balanced during extended spraying sessions.
