3M Hookit Soft Interface Pad (75mm)

The 3M Hookit Soft Interface Pad is designed to improve sanding performance on curved, contoured and uneven surfaces during automotive refinishing applications.

Constructed from soft, flexible foam, the pad fits between Hookit abrasive discs and Hookit backing pads to increase cushioning and conformability. This helps achieve a finer finish, improves abrasive contact and allows closer sanding to edges while reducing the risk of over-sanding.

The interface pad also helps reduce vibration when used with dual-action orbital sanders, improving operator control and finish quality. Its multi-hole design promotes effective dust extraction, helping to reduce loading, extend abrasive life and maintain a consistent sanding performance.
